Pricing questions

Why isn't pricing listed per seat or per query?

This page is not a price list or a binding offer. Discuss licence and setup pricing with us. Budget separately for infrastructure and the providers you configure; their costs depend on usage and their own terms.

Can we start small and expand later?

A focused pilot can start with one department and a limited document set. Validate answer quality, permissions, provider costs and operational requirements before expanding.

Do you support air-gapped or fully offline environments?

Do not assume an offline deployment is supported out of the box. Authentication, parsing, embeddings, reranking, generation and tools can depend on external services. An isolated design needs a separate dependency and network review.

What's the difference between Self-Managed BYOC and Assisted BYOC?

Self-managed means your team operates the deployment using the available charts and documentation. Assisted means discussing implementation help for a defined scope. Deliverables, availability and handover are confirmed in a separate agreement.
