Kyndex provides software for document-grounded AI and governed actions. This draft describes considerations for evaluation; it does not replace an applicable signed agreement or software licence.
Evaluation and permitted use
Use only data and systems you are authorised to access. Do not use the service to bypass access controls, expose another person's data or perform unlawful activity. Start with non-sensitive test data while validating a deployment.
AI outputs and actions
Generated answers can be incorrect or incomplete. Review source evidence and proposed tool parameters before relying on them. Approval steps do not transfer responsibility for the downstream effects of an action.
Deployment responsibilities
The operator configures authentication, permissions, infrastructure, connected providers, credentials, retention and backups. External providers have their own terms and may charge separately.
Commercial and support terms
Licence scope, pricing, implementation work, support, availability and response targets must be confirmed separately. This website does not establish an SLA, future feature entitlement or provider-cost pass-through arrangement.
Ending an evaluation or service
Export, deletion, access termination and backup handling must be agreed for the services involved. This draft does not promise an automatic post-termination export window or deletion deadline.
Items awaiting approval
